Outlook 2010 Either there is no default mail client…

While removing Dynamics CRM from a machine, it ended up giving me this error. After resetting Internet Explorer, and setting Outlook as the default mail client from Default Programs, it still was prompting the error. iTunes ended up being the issue.

When opening Outlook in safe mode, the error was not occurring. So looking into the plugins I noticed their was a iTunes add-in. It seemed that having the iTunes add-in corrupted the Outlook Change Notifier. After disabling the “Outlook Change Notifier” the error stopped occurring.
